This is the Web Site of The Boba Fett Fan Club. This Policy is effective as of 23 October 2007.

Collected Information

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect aggregate and user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as preferences, survey information and/or site registration.

The information we collect is used:

1. to improve the content of our Web page,
2. to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor,

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know that you do not want to receive e-mail from The Boba Fett Fan Club.

We do not share the e-mail addresses of those who access our site to other organizations. This includes our customer e-mail list.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad service companies.

Disclosure

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future:

1. We will post the policy changes on our Web Site to notify you of these changes.
2. We will use for these new purposes only date collected from the time of the policy change forward.

If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by: sending us e-mail at the top address.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to:

1. unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them
2. contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information.

Security

When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a "lock" icon on the bottom of your browser. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
